Bendy Handstand Shapes

Dia Seskin

All levels 60 minute class that will explore backbends, forearm stands, and handstands, and blending them all.  This class will begin with a thorough warmup with drills to strengthen and open up the back, as well as stabilize forearm stands and handstands.  We will then progress to build snake pose, and a few other bendy shapes.  Option to set up next to a wall, and have 2 blocks, a strap, and chair nearby.
