I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would limit my participation in the classes, retreats, workshops, trainings, online offerings, and/or lectures offered by Authentic Movements, LLC, via Erin Kelly, Bianca Scalise, Steph Gongora and/or any of the guest instructors/content providers on Teach.AuthenticMovements.com. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any of the yoga, fitness, calisthenics, workouts, meditations, or workshops. I understand the risks associated with the activities offered by Erin Kelly, Bianca Scalise, Steph Gongora, and/or their guest content providers, and I agree to modify as I personally need to so that I may safely participate in classes, workshops, or other activities offered. I understand that it is my decision and my right to participate at whatever physical level is best for me, and that all options provided are simply that – options. I am under no obligation to perform or attempt any of the movements, postures, exercises, and offerings that are not right for me.

I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE Authentic Movements, LLC, Erin Kelly, Bianca Scalise, Steph Gongora, Guest Teachers of Teach.AuthenticMovements.com, and their company owners, officers, employees, and instructors from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in the programs offered through their in-person and/or online content. In taking part in the yoga, fitness, calisthenics, workouts, meditations, lectures, workshops, and/or other activities through Erin Kelly, Bianca Scalise, Steph Gongora, and/or guest providers, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in the classes, workshops, or other activities.
