Reflecting on the AM YTT Experience
Why did you choose Authentic Movements for your YTT?
Β | I choose Authentic Movements for the variety of movements intertwined in their teaching. The amount of education and the different ways to make one thing into many things. |
How did the online training platform work for you?
Β | It was great! I was in my training for two years and was always learning something new. |
How has your teaching changed since completing the AM YTT?
Β | More rooted in my movement. I think of different ways to incorporate the same feeling into my flows as I would attempting the full asana. |
How have you engaged with the AM community of alums and students during and after the training?
Β | A lot of social media engagement. Built bonds with a lot of alumni. |
What was your favorite part of the course content?
Β | The videos of the practices. The slow flow and funky flows. I also like how the asanas was broken down into little asanas. The inclusivity. I liked the introspection in diving deeper. |
