AM V300 - DEC 2022
Greeley, CO | USA π
Practicing and teaching yoga/functional movement is important to me as it allows our bodies to continue to do the things we love to do. Whatever life throws at you or whatever activity you choose to do, it is important to maintain our physical health. To maintain our natural movements allows us a better chance at maintaining our mental health. Being open to adaptation allows us to continue to grow our body, mind, and soul. I teach and practice multiple forms of yoga and have a huge passion for being upside down! I graduated from my 200YT locally in Colorado and then my 300YT from AM!

Reflecting on the AM YTT Experience
Why did you choose Authentic Movements for your YTT?
Β | I chose authentic movements because I really enjoy the creative way the team teaches regular classes as well as inversions. I enjoy the teachers being very authentic. |
How did the online training platform work for you?
Β | I would have rather done in person training but online did allow me to go at my own pace. |
How has your teaching changed since completing the AM YTT?
Β | I am more creative and more in depth with my cuing. |
How have you engaged with the AM community of alums and students during and after the training?
Β | Most of my engagement has been in the Facebook group. |
What was your favorite part of the course content?
Β | The workshops! Long but very helpful. |
