Reflecting on the AM YTT Experience
Why did you choose Authentic Movements for your YTT?
I chose authentic movements because I followed both Stevi and Erin on IG. I thought they were both so amazing. I knew I financially would never be able to afford the training or to travel to Costa Rica. When I saw the chance to train with them online I literally did not think twice. I signed up immediately
How did the online training platform work for you?
It was super challenging. When I started I had a full time and a part time job. Then my oldest son had several hospitalizations which put my training on hold . I was so grateful for the 2 yr time frame. Otherwise would never have made it
How has your teaching changed since completing the AM YTT?
I have gained so much confidence. I really thought so many times โwhy am I doing this at my age?โ And i thought โgirl u donโt have what it takes. โ but I never gave up because Stevi , Erin, and Bianca are so amazing and inspirational. Words cannot describe
How have you engaged with the AM community of alums and students during and after the training?
Honestly, I did not have the time to engage with others. I would have liked to but it did not work for me
What was your favorite part of the course content?
I seriously cannot pick just one. So much information. The mantras were so amazing . I never thought Iโd be into that but I find myself doing them. Steveโs Knowledge of anatomy is MIND BLOWING. That does not come easy to me but I feel I have learned a lot. |
