Lunge & Hop

Dia – AM ALUM

One hour class working on progressions from lunges to half tuck hops and L-shaped hops.  This class works the different components of compression for tiny hops and options for bigger hops if that’s where you want to fly!!  Grab a strap, scarf, or really anything, and get ready to hug into your midline.

    such cool transitions. I did this one and need to do it again and again, my hops are in the early stages but I could imagine the lift 🙂
