Reflecting on the AM YTT Experience
Why did you choose Authentic Movements for your YTT?
Β | It was a once in a lifetime occasion for me to do this virtual training because of the long distance apart. Your practice inspired me since I found you on Instagram and I wanted to learn more about inversions. |
How did the online training platform work for you?
Β | It was what I needed! |
How has your teaching changed since completing the AM YTT?
Β | In my personal practice I feel more creative and gave me a base from where to start creating a logical sequence and put together a class for my clients. Not to mention the approach to Handstands that has improved very much – I started it being afraid to kick in a Handstand @wall and now I’m more than confident in doing so. |
What was your favorite part of the course content?
Β | The workshops – so many ideas&drills to understand better the complexity behind a pose. This TT was better than I expected! |
