Happy Hoppings


Hi peeps! Ready to put some happy hoppings in your practice? If you love practicing handstands, you’ll probably like this class. From improving our hips mobility to exploring creative transitions, this class will offer a fun, dynamic and creative entrance to straddle handstand hops. In this class we will be using a yoga mat, a pair of blocks, a pair of socks, a strap/or resistance band/or loop band, and a blanket. All the props are optional. They’re just creative invitations to make the class more interesting. So feel free to use them or not. Also, be creative if you need =) See you on the mat friends!
