Lets Crow is a flow based on the core activation, igniting the strength and to get to understand a bit more about this posture by practicing laying on the mat first. Focusing on the positions of arms and the action of bringing knees in we practice step by step adding blocks to maintain the attention present all the time of this activation that is gonna called out during the flow.
You will have different variations of CROW giving the opportunity to everyone to experience the art of flying holding this pose. Options will be from Malasana, Supported Crow, Crow and even trying flying Crow.
After a playful time getting comfortable with it, we will have the chance to integrate it to the flow.
